MILK - health, weight, energy, and fat free

This will need to be updated, which I will. For now:
* Milk is good for your health, even your skin,
* It aids in wt loss when combined with an active life and/or healthy diet,
* great source of calcium, multivitamins, protein,
and,
* You love icecream, shakes, yogurt,

Along with diet+excersise taking milk in substantial quantities aids in wt loss, this probably is related to the form of calcium present in milk, a form that is easy to assimilate.
